Oborniki Śląskie is a charming town in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, located near Wrocław and Trzebnica. Its history dates back to the 13th century – the first records come from 1305. Originally a village, it developed in the 19th century as a popular spa town, utilizing local iron-rich springs and picturesque landscapes. The town is also known for the poet Karol von Holtei, who was associated with this region. Today, Oborniki Śląskie, surrounded by parks and hills, is an attractive recreational area, often called the “green lungs of Wrocław”.Wikipedia
