The German Cutlery Museum in Solingen-Gräfrath displays an impressive collection of cutlery, weapons, and edged tools, illustrating the history of the blade and its significance for humanity. Exhibits have been collected here for over 100 years, including the world’s largest cutlery collection. In addition to the permanent exhibition “Me fecit Solingen”, the museum offers interactive experiences such as a fencing station and a historical pewterer’s workshop. The grounds also feature sculptures and a small local history museum illuminating the history of Gräfrath. The redesigned permanent exhibition opened in December 2024 and offers state-of-the-art educational opportunities. Wikipedia
