Sijoté-Alín is an impressive Russian mountain range, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage site, home to unique biodiversity. Here, taiga and tropical species coexist, including the Siberian tiger and the Amur leopard. Explored by Vladímir Arséniev and marked by the 1947 meteorite shower, the area offers mountainous landscapes, diverse forests, and a rich history, from Neolithic settlements to structures from the Balhae period.
